What should my dog bring to daycare?

Accepted Answer

Your dog should be wearing their typical leash/collar/harness when arriving for daycare. These items will either be given back to the owner or stored in a daycare cubby once their pet has been checked in. If your pet requires a lunch break, or needs medication administered while with us, please inform the front desk staff at check in. Please leave any additional toys or bedding at home for them to enjoy after daycare.

Question 2

My dog doesn’t always play well with others. Can you still take him/her?

Accepted Answer

We offer Day Boarding for dogs that are unaltered or incompatible with the group play yard. Day Boarding has limited availability, so please confirm your reservation.

Question 3

I don’t need my dog to stay all day. Can I pay for just part of a day?

Accepted Answer

We offer two fee options for our daycare services. A Full Day is 6 hours or more and a Half Day is up to 6 hours.

Which vaccines are required?

Accepted Answer

Rabies (1 or 3 year), DHLPP (1 or 3 year) & Bordetella (1 year). Leptospirosis (1 year), K9 Influenza (1 year) required starting Jan. 1, 2022 for all Boarding, Daycare & Training Services. Lepto & K9 Influenza not required for grooming services.

What is your Spay/Neuter policy?

Pets over 7 months must be spayed or neutered to participate in group play

Question 6

Can you care for my dog with special needs?

Accepted Answer

We are able to accommodate most special needs, including

* Special diet/feeding schedules
* Medications can be administered orally, in treat, in food dish or topically
* Insulin injections can be done by experienced staff
We have experience with dogs who are deaf, blind and tripod dogs
* If a pet has mobility issues and is unable to walk we will recommend the owner seek lodging services from their preferred veterinary clinic that can offer round the clock care
